Throughout the day, I walked around campus in total for about an hour. I limited my elevator use to twice a day and have utilized the stairs. I spent about 30-40 minutes actually running around campus for a bit before just walking the rest of the way. My legs are aching (simply because it’s been too long), but I feel refreshed, motivated, and happy. I made myself actively work out because I feel like I’m running low on endorphins.
Tomorrow, because of some time limitations, I’m planning on allotting 30 minutes of just walking. I hope to achieve a clear head and to reduce my stress levels.
