My Post - Workout Smoothie :)
Recipe:
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup 0% Greek yogurt (I like Fage & Greek God.)
- 2 cups ice
- 1/4 cup water or brewed green tea (chilled)
Blend together, occasionally stopping to mix for a smooth and even texture.
